Founded seven years ago, the Institute for Safety, Compensation and Recovery Research (ISCRR) is a collaboration between Monash University, TAC and WorkSafe. ISCRR conducts research based on improving the outcomes for TAC and WorkSafe clients.
ISCRR needed a digital space which clearly defined their identity and communicated this clearly. Having worked on a previous digital project with ISCRR, we understood the complexity of the organisation, and this helped define the hierarchy of information and how best to communicate this in the one space.
The goal was to be clear and concise – to answer questions and define what ISCRR stands for as well as their capabilities. The secondary goal was to deliver a fresh and engaging new online image for the brand. The team at ISCRR wanted to see more online enquiries, and more business partnership opportunities come their way. We delivered this via an intuitive and easily navigated website featuring contact forms to generate enquiries, and a dedicated partnerships information and enquiry page.
To clearly showcase the capabilities of ISCRR as a service, we included an About Us page with in-depth staff profiles.
Added extras include SEO, responsive design across all devices, high-speed page loading, anti-spam features on contact forms and monthly web hosting services provided by SGD to assure to safety, back-up and performance of their site, without the headache. It was also important to the team that they be able to update and add fresh content when necessary, so we set them up with an easy to use content management system, complete with video tutorials and user manuals to ensure complete confidence in managing the content of the site once we went live.
